    have you taken classes or did you just do it from scratch? I took all of the Wilton classes offered! It is fun but stressful if you are doing it for someone for money!

    no classes...my mom took them and i watched her. i used to do it for money and then just got soooo sick of buttercream icing that i cant even stand the smell of it. now a cake is only for a truly special event.
